PRODUCT MANAGER
based at our facilities in Thessaloniki

The candidate will be responsible for the development and management of specific product groups.

Main duties:
 
- Keeps track of industry and customer traits in order to ensure the maximization of brands’ market share in all major markets in which the Group operates.
- Prepares and proposes a thorough and complete annual products Group business plan.
- Analyzes the performance of the product range and provides suggestions for changes and improvements.
- Constantly reviews and controls the product portfolio.
- Proposes, designs and coordinates the implementation of Marketing / promotion strategies and plans.
- Trains Group staff, sales staff, other key stakeholders.
- Participates in the organization of events/exhibitions and coordinates the relevant content/materials.
 
Job specs / necessary qualifications:
 
- BA, MA or MSc degree in Business Administration/Marketing & Communications or other related fields.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in similar position
- Outstanding mastery of the English language. Additional languages will be an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strategic thinking and results driven orientation.
- Team spirit and analytical skills
- Communication and Creativity
- Experience in kitchen / bathroom products or Major Domestic Appliances will be an asset.
